Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and Object These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase of products from the Nut – The Club online store, managed by Ana Catarina Gavina Simões, Tax ID (NIF) 249222850.

2. Prices and Payment Payment can be made through the methods available at checkout. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation. Bank transfer is exclusively available for orders with shipping addresses within Portugal.

3. Shipping and Delivery Products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 14 business days after dispatch. If the address is incomplete or incorrect (e.g., missing a door number), the customer is responsible for any loss or delay. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the total price of the order.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns) All exchanges/returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective.
Note: In accordance with Article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14th, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please notify us of your decision by email at nut.anacatarinasimoes@gmail.com.

5. Warranty All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity as provided by Portuguese law.

6. Data Protection (GDPR) The data collected (such as Tax ID, address, and contact details) is used exclusively for processing and shipping your order. We do not share data with third parties without your consent.

Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, the consumer may resort to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity, namely the CNIACC – National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (available at www.cniacc.pt).
